中文摘要: 目前我国大多数的废弃玻璃在处理时采用填埋的方法,造成了环境的污染和资源的浪费。因此为实现废玻璃的资源化,现研究将其应用于建筑原材料混凝土中。将废弃玻璃破碎后得到的不同粒径颗粒分别取代混凝土中的部分粗骨料、细骨料或凝胶材料制成标准试件,按照标准试验法测试不同玻璃颗粒掺量下玻璃混凝土试件的力学性能和工作性能,讨论废弃玻璃掺量与废弃玻璃混凝土坍落度及抗压强度的关系,并同时测试了龄期变化对玻璃混凝土强度的影响。试验发现,将废玻璃颗粒加入混凝土后会降低混凝土的抗压强度,但在最优取代率下与基准混凝土相似,最后以力学强度和废弃玻璃取代率为考量指标得到的最优废弃玻璃再生混凝土的取代率为:废弃玻璃粗骨料25%、废弃玻璃细骨料25%、玻璃粉0%;最优取代率掺量下废弃玻璃混凝土工作性能优于基准配比混凝土;另外当用75um的玻璃粉替代混凝土的水泥会降低玻璃混凝土强度,但当替代量小于10%的时候,对试件的强度影响不大。本试验结果表明将废玻璃颗粒按一定比例替代混凝土的天然骨料是可行的,并为玻璃混凝土应用于实际工程中提供了参数。
Abstract:At present, when processing the waste glass, people usually adopted the method of the landfill in our country, which causes environmental pollution and resource waste. In order to achieve the recycling of waste glass, the natural coarse aggregate, fine aggregate in concrete and some gel material made by cement powder waste was replace by broken waste glass to be made into standard specimens. Then the relationship between waste glass content and waste glass concrete performance and the compressive strength according to the standard test method under the condition of testing mechanics and performance of glass concrete specimen with different dosage of glass particles is discussed. At the same time, the effects of age on the strength of glass concrete are tested. According to the study, it is found that the incorporation of glass aggregates in concrete leads to a loss of mechanical performance, though this is not significant in optimal waste glass replacement of the natural aggregates. And when regarding the mechanical strength and waste glass substitution rate as the index, the optimal waste glass replacement ratio of recycled concrete which are as follows: 25% coarse aggregate of waste glass, 25% fine aggregate of waste glass, 0% glass powder. Under the condition of optimum replacement rate, the performance of waste glass concrete is better than the reference concrete. When using 75 um glass particle to replace concrete cement, the glass concrete properties is reduced. However, when the replacement amount is less than 10%, less influence would be exerted on the strength of the specimens. The experimental result shows that it is feasible to replace natural aggregate of the concrete with the waste glass particles in a certain proportion and it provides parameters for the glass concrete application in engineering.
